Tumblr no longer supports importing feeds into new blogs
I emailed Tumblr support today asking them how to import feeds to different tumblrs. Here’s what I wrote them:
Hi Tumblr, how do I import different feeds into different tumblrs that I manage? I see that I can manage the feeds that are importing here http://www.tumblr.com/feeds but it looks like this imports feeds into my main tumblr. I manage several tumblrs from the same email address… How do I import different feeds into different tumblrs? For example, if I wanted to import just my flickr photos feed into a photo blog tumblr and have other feeds imported into my main tumblr account.. Please help! Thanks,

Tumblr’s response:
Hi Mark,
In order to conserve our resources, Tumblr is no longer supporting feed imports on blogs that have not already imported feeds in the past. We deeply regret any inconvenience that this may cause. But, this change will allow us to focus our resources and energy on other useful Tumblr features.
